The Kenobi Craze

I am sure that all of you Star Wars fans have heard of the show Kenobi. It is a new show to be released this month, set between The Clone Wars era and A New Hope. It will feature famous Star Wars actors such as Ewan Mcgregor playing Kenobi and Hayden Christensen playing Anakin/Darth Vader. Joel Edgerton and Bonnie Piesse, playing uncle Owen and Aunt Beru, will also return. Despite the trailer being short, there are many things that are foreshadowed. There are storm troopers shown, and some mysterious people getting off of a ship on Tatooine. The viewer is left with a sense of lingering curiosity: who are they? After those scenes, we see a scene where it appears that Kenobi is talking with Uncle Owen. He insists that Luke needs training when the time comes, and Uncle Owen refuses because he is worried after what happened to Luke’s father. Then it switches over to show the sith trying to find Kenobi with one of them saying, “maybe we are looking in the wrong places.” Someone is on the hunt to get Kenobi, and it is most likely Darth Vader. To wrap up the trailer, there is a scene of a woman bearing a sith lightsaber saying she wanted every bounty hunter and low life after Kenobi. The dark side wants him, but where is he? And why?
