By: Angelina Grimm
At Wheaton North High School, seven different students were asked to answer a series of questions about their current confidence levels and feelings. To start off, the students were asked to rate their personal confidence on a scale of 1 to 10, 1 being very low and 10 being the most confident. In order to feel fulfilled Dhruv, and many others need sleep, socializing, and finally the questionable answer of making people buy him food?

Moving on to another sophomore who also gave themself a 7 out of 10, named Sam Gates. Sam interrupted the idea of confidence a little differently by explaining that confidence for him is about how you present yourself in a public place. Some of Sam's favorite traits about himself include how he is able to make people smile and his sense of humor.

Cooper also enjoys listening to music to feel energized. He also mentions that confidence for him includes feeling comfortable in every possible situation. Cooper answers with, ¨takes life with a grain of sugar¨, as his favorite personality trait.

Next up is junior, Jackie Guglielmi, who confidently gave herself a 8.5 out of 10. She would describe confidence as not having to compare herself to others and being happy overall. Jackie feels energized through playing the violin, running, and eating salmon.
