Book Review: Shadow and Bone

Shadow and Bone by: Leigh Bardugo, is an excellent fantasy book, which is the first in the Grishaverse series. The plot follows a cartographer, Alina Starkov, who finds out that she has supernatural powers that could save her home kingdom of Ravka from the dangerous Shadow Fold. However, Alina struggles to let go of her old life and friends in her new home, which is filled with dangerous secrets, and dangerous people. This is a really good book for anyone who likes fantasy books, and I also recommend the sequel series - Six of Crows - as well. Netflix also recently adapted the series into a TV show, which has two amazing seasons.
